Refund Policy & Student Agreement
Last Updated: May 26th, 2026
Bismillah.
Thank you for enrolling in Professeur Finance. This program was created to help Muslims learn how to manage money, avoid riba and haram investments, and build wealth in a way that is more aligned with the pleasure of Allah.
This agreement exists to protect the student, the program, and the trust between us. As Muslims, our transactions should be based on clarity, honesty, fairness, and taqwah. Allah sees what is hidden and what is apparent, and every agreement we enter into is an amanah.
By enrolling in the program, submitting payment, or accessing the course materials, you agree to the terms below.
-
Intention, Amanah, and Taqwah
Professeur Finance is built on the belief that Muslims should approach money with responsibility, sincerity, and fear of Allah.
Students are expected to enter this program with a sincere intention to learn, implement, and benefit. Professeur Finance is expected to provide clear education, organized resources, and support according to the structure of the program.
This agreement is not meant to be harsh. It is meant to create clarity so that neither party wrongs the other.
2. Digital Program Access
Professeur Finance is a digital education program. After enrollment, students may receive immediate access to course lessons, worksheets, templates, community support, and other digital materials.
Because the program provides immediate access to educational content, intellectual property, and student resources, refunds are limited and must meet the requirements below.
Students are expected to treat the course material as an amanah. Course content, worksheets, templates, recordings, and community discussions may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or misused.
3. 7-Day Action-Based Refund Policy
Students may request a refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment only if all of the following conditions are met:
-
The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
-
The student has not accessed or completed content beyond Module 2.
-
The student has completed and submitted the required starter assignments.
-
The student provides a written explanation of what they implemented, where they got stuck, and why the program did not meet expectations.
-
The student has not downloaded, copied, shared, distributed, or misused course materials.
-
The refund request is not based solely on lack of time, change of mind, failure to participate, or buyer’s remorse.
Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
This policy is designed to be fair. If a student joins, receives access, consumes the material, benefits from the resources, and then requests a refund without sincerely implementing, that would not be in the spirit of amanah or taqwah.
4. No Refunds After the Refund Window
Refunds are not available after 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment.
Refunds are also not available once a student has accessed substantial course content, completed multiple modules, downloaded materials, participated in support, or received meaningful value from the program.
5. Payment Plan Terms
Payment plans are not monthly subscriptions.
A payment plan is a split-payment arrangement for the full program tuition. By choosing a payment plan, the student agrees to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise approved in writing by Professeur Finance.
Canceling a card, missing a payment, changing your mind, or failing to participate in the program does not cancel the remaining payment obligation.
As Muslims, we should take our agreements seriously. If a student chooses a payment plan, they are making a commitment to fulfill the agreed-upon payments unless there is a legitimate issue that has been communicated and approved in writing.
Failure to complete payment plan payments may result in paused or removed access to the program, community, resources, and support.
6. No Refunds for Lack of Participation
Refunds are not granted because a student did not watch the lessons, did not complete assignments, did not attend calls, did not use the resources, or did not participate in the community.
The student is responsible for taking action, asking questions, completing assignments, and applying the material.
Professeur Finance can provide education, structure, and support, but the student is responsible for implementation.
7. Educational Disclaimer
Professeur Finance provides educational content related to personal finance, halal investing, budgeting, debt management, and wealth-building principles.
Professeur Finance does not provide individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, or religious rulings. Students are encouraged to consult qualified professionals, including financial advisors, tax professionals, attorneys, and qualified Islamic scholars when needed.
No investment outcome, income level, portfolio performance, or financial result is guaranteed.
8. Islamic Finance Disclaimer
Professeur Finance aims to teach financial concepts through an Islamic lens and help Muslims make more informed decisions around halal investing.
However, students understand that Islamic financial matters can involve differences of scholarly opinion. Students are encouraged to seek guidance from qualified scholars for personal religious rulings and specific fiqh questions.
The goal of this program is to educate, simplify, and guide — not to replace qualified Islamic scholarship.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If there is an issue with your enrollment, payment, access, or experience, you agree to contact Professeur Finance first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
As Muslims, disputes should be handled with honesty, fairness, and direct communication before escalation.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting Professeur Finance may result in removal from the program and loss of access to course materials, community, and support.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
Professeur Finance reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Any exceptions granted are at the sole discretion of Professeur Finance and do not create a guarantee of future refunds or exceptions.
